hi I'm a newbie looking at a sub-sale double-storey semi D (4bed 3 baths), about RM450K

this is my first house, there's supposed to be a rebate under the new gov scheme right? which is... stamp & SnP fee etc free for the first RM300K?

meaning I will have to pay as if the house only costs RM150K?



and it's an empty house, and I have yet to do my research (sorry), how much will it normally cost for basic furnishing (with ok quality and presentability), from scratch,

what I can think of are autogate, airconds, water heaters, beds, some tables and chairs, fans, lights, water filter?... washing machine?.... I mean, is't wiser and worth it to go for complete furniture and charger higher, or otherwise
