Hi guys, my friend face some problem with his ipad and i require some advise here.
there are 2 part:

Part 1:
1. He used to use an hotmail account for apple ID (4years ago)
2. Due to hotmail was hacked, he changed another gmail account for apple ID
3. Gmail ID been used for years for his devices (ipad mostly)
4. Suddenly today, his ipad was asked to login with ID, and his hotmail ID was asked
5. Is very weird because very long did not use that hotmail ID already

Wondering anyone here know?

Part 2:
1. he brought the ipad to machine in Empire subang, with proof of purchase to reset the device
2. the employee there said no such service from them??

Any advice for this service?

in this case, as my friend couldn't access his hotmail anymore, then what can he do? ipad totally locked
