Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is suffice?

Or is there a simpler or free ones to get the job done?

You can actually try open it with Word, it can edit PDF files too.
Unfortunately it may cause the format to lari a bit, so you will need to manually adjust it.

Alternatively, register for trial version of these paid PDF editors.
Or, install PDF Reader program, it's free and suffice to fill in PDF forms.

Acrobat Pro DC is too overkill, unless your future job requires frequent PDF creating and editiing.

PDF Reader is totally free, I downloaded mine from Windows Store. But it only has limited functions though. Can enter text and input handwriting using mouse / touchpad.

Convert pdf to picture file online

Then fill it using paint

Then convert back to pdf online

7 days trial has begun.

Darn.

My computer became so slow now; took too long after boot.

Can't wait to uninstall after I am done editing.

open the form using Reader, then add Comment/Text on top. need to play with font size and alignment to get it right.

Just the fill and sign feature, the UI a bit confusing, but once you get it then okay
