You can't restart a new main character until you delete your old character.
This is a 50-50 chance gamble because no one had proved whether this system works, since it was not in the user manual. Perhaps the developer made this as a mystery system, so its up to you to test it.

Another safer way, is that instead of restarting a new main character, you can immediately start a 2nd new character. The only requirement is that your current main character needs to achieve the Marriage status in order to create this new character.

but the new character didn't necessarily listen to all your command. sometimes they tend to riot and run away and etc etc... it's still a gamble...

easier to say they're no turning back for your character, every mistake you make going to effect your character after all..

Its Ragnaros (remember him from another game call WOW?) reviving in a west region at a forest.
His resurrection ritual is causing forest fire there.

Just dont breath in too much of the haze.
Or it will give you a debuff call "Bronchitis"
Its something like a debuff from the 1st boss on steamvaults. (Lungburst)
Deals around 600dmg every tick.
Need to go to hospital n buy Brochodilators to remove this debuff or you will die.

BTW, go buy some "mask" to increase your fire and nature resist to prevent getting that debuff.
