i am now renting a room in cheras but working in cyberjaya, planning to buy a house that are close to cyberjaya.

Anyone here familiar with the puchong, seri kembangan and serdang area please recommend any new developement at those location.

i am looking for a terrace house that cost between 250k and 350k and close hypermarket and shop. Any good place to recommend?

taman equine.. i think it's the best out there.. near jusco and etc.

i saw some single storey terrace just built, opposite the pasar borong..

Why not consider Saujan Impian, Kajang? It's about 20-30 mins drive to Cyberjaya and there is NO TRAFFIC JAM. It's accessible via highway. Also, there is a TESCO nearby. I have a double storey house for sale. Fully furnished and free hold. Let me know if you are interested ok?

what has been mention by tech01 is true. saujana impian and kajang perdana is new development area. the houses is built first then only sell out. last visit i guess is selling 240++ for double storey free hold and got giant and tesco nearby.

Thanks to KIP Cheras near Tmn Lenseng there. Since they were first launched, all the residential price in Cheras went up
