yeah, i really want to know alittle bit more about the robotcon ... because i'm planing to shoot a short documentary on Optimus Prime for my Uni assignment.
Prolly gonna shoot some footage of the whole event and interview some OP fanboys in the process.

i'm a broadcasting student... technically i'm a film student... and the assignment topic is to create a free topic 2-3 minutes documentary.

going there later ... hopely its gonna be a blast.

just got back from Robotcon... loved the toys display, other than that, nothing much. As for the toys selling... very very few selection. Didn't see any BB08... or Peter Cullen voiced OP helmet.
very clever lah the shops there, the vid store next to toys display is playing Transformers: the movie from 1986 in HD screen, had to get me 1 - RM19.90 only.

For BB08 or Peter Cullen OP helmet ?
oh yeah... did i mention that they released the OP unleashed dual sided figure... nice!

Finally... my first TFTM merchandise, Peter Cullen voiced OP helmet.
Been searching for it for ages... Extremely happy with it, though its kindda small for my head, it makes an excellent ornament piece on my study desk.
A question... what kind of paints do you think they use for the helmets... there is a slight chip of the paint on my OP helmet's nose area, un-noticeable from far by its kindda bothering me.

anyways, any idea the difference in price for classic and encore... i don't mind either and i don't mind if encore has an extra storage space, just want to get it for cheap. Although the encore box is just so ... so... retro.
