I sent a graphic card GTX1070 out using Gdex from Butterworth branch. And it's traceable until it in transit to Petaling Jaya and it's been a week so I called them to check and after they asked me to wait and wait they admit that the parcel is missing and only willing to paid RM200 for compensate in 30 WORKING DAYS. That's like more than a month and the item worth more than RM1300. They blamed me for not buying the insurance for the parcel. So is there any other legal actions I can take? sad.gif

was the card bought from a store or an individual?
havent heard of needing to buy insurance for parcels ever in my years of trading.
