TS From your descriptions, the American prisons we see on TV are certainly luxurious. Each prisoner have a mattress and pillow and even get books to read while you sleep on hard concrete floors. What a marked difference!

Yeah. Dark, dirty, damp, concrete cell with no fans, no lights, rats running around. Budget all songlap so don't even have enough clean drinking water. 1 cup per person per day. Food also not enough
