Mixed with wrong group of people. Got involved with some crazy shit. Got pinned for something i didn't do. I suspect someone set me up the bomb. But that's all in the past now.

Couple of months ago i deleted my Instagram, Facebook, social media etc. I left all the non essential Whatsapp groups. I stopped watching porn. I am starting to feel the benefits now.

not using electronic media for 2 years made me realize that over consumption of media is very toxic to the brain.

Main culprits that i discovered.

-Facebook
-Instagram
-Random Youtube videos (meaning you go on Youtube without specifically looking for something)
-Non essential Whatsapp groups
-Porn
-9gag etc etc etc (all those websites similar to 9gag)

The wardens like to watch football, so sometimes the wardens gather 22 inmates and make a football game. Winner gets extra rations.

Got inmates that the warden choose as workers in the prison. Those "orang kerja" get extra food. You can identify which ones are the "orang kerja". They are fatter abit.
