After 2 years of moving to new house, my residence finally got unifi coverage. So yesterday I went to TM Point.

Planned to get rm129 package but the rp said after 2 years, the price will be rm159. Last Nov, when I went there, rm99 package (without hyptv) still available but not yesterday.

Finally, I subscribed to unifi basic because the quota already increase to 120gb.

just installed unifi.. got Dlink ac1200.... should b enough as Only take unifi basic 60gb..

change mine to 30Mbps unlimited yesterday too, but at RM89 , internet only.

also wondering long actually the order process can be completed

yesterday went to tm point to upgrade my unifi basic 30mbps to unlimited for extra 40rm not including tax. now 119. but if get the 139 package can get tvbox and ultimate channel.
dunno how long the upgrading process will take.

so nice unifi got cheaper package.. i asked they said only 119 and 139 for me.
no, its just internet only without the set top box.
if i buy uhd tv then perhaps i will get the iptv.

dunno how long to upgrade from 60gb to unlimited.
tm point said within 24hours it will upgrade, now from tuesday till now still not upgraded.
i think if i upgrade with set top box can will be much faster coz they need to come and install the box.

if not mistaken should be RM89, need walk in as some peoples mentioned here they have successfully get this package @RM89

i'm paying RM119 too, tm tele sales say hypptv cant be remove

For anyone want to downgrade from rm129 package to 30mbps with unlimited speed. I managed to change at Menara TM for rm89 per month, just like Maxis

Today, I managed to get mine changed from Rm129 (100mbps) to RM99 (50mbps). This package is not advertised because people keep complaining then TM "create" a new package to satisfy customer whom does not want HyppTV on their bill

Told them I do not want the HyppTV garbage.

Based my experience from these past 2 days, getting it downgraded is case by case basis. If the first agent giving you a hard time to downgrade, try another agent on a different day. I went back to Menara TM twice since I work nearby.

I suggest go requeue with a different number and hope to get a different agent too

These plans not disclosed on website have to walk-in. Livechat is only the plans on website

Finally, changed to unifi 50Mbps - Super Value YEP 2019 

applied the promo on 02/10, report on 08/10, completed on 12/10.
