So i changed my house address. Somehow, the new address got full port. Was asked to go to TMpoint to terminate contract.
The thing is I’m on 2018 promo package, RM139 for 300mbps speed. If i were to terminate, then i’ll have to pay higher price for lower speed when port is available in future.
Anyone has success story of forcing TM to add port? Does reporting to skmm make difference in this case?
