Hello, I don't know if this can help u..last time i had the speed capped at 100mbps download n upload after upgraded to 500mbps..even after port reset also doesn't help..My Ethernet network is 1.0Gbps.

Almost give up n finally i reset my router to factory default n set my unifi account again..it worked..just try it..got nothing to lose right..peace..
