unifi basic still show 60gb in website.  Is this confirm now it come with 120gb? How come there is no announcement anywhere?

They seem to just make things up as they go along.
The website lists the two fibre and the Streamyx packages and does not even mention any of the VDSL options

Speed is strongly affected by how many other networks are competing for the WiFi spectrum in your house

anyone can confirm whether TMpoint Quill City Mall already closed? at here now level 3 but can't find TMpoint

That was a useful outlet, busy but not too busy and could do everything.
Where else are they on the Ampang side of the city?

My parents' house in Cheras area (old condo with copper infra) seems upgraded to 100Mbps since few days ago (previously on RM199 - 50mbps UniFi Advance Plus). I’d changed their plan 2 weeks ago to RM129 - Unifi Lite 100Mbps. And today, I'd logged into their BTU unit and noticed that it's in VDSL2 modulation. Ran a speedtest but can’t achieve 100Mbps.

I don't trust that 90 Mbps uplink figure, it looks out x10

Then it looks like IPv6 is the only way for basic users to access their internal network eg IP cameras.

Certainly in the long term as TM have a very limited pool of IPv4 addresses.
I sometimes find that I get blacklisted from legit download sites because too many TM users are being NATed through a few IPv4 addresses and it gets misidentified as bulk downloading

More that you don't get 800 Mbps or even 100 Mbps from a real world server

I not really sure, but what wire being used is depends on your condo management, means if need 100mbps, well, your management will have to fork out some money to replace the cable...Probably.

VDSL2 speed is mainly limited by cable length, not quality. Upgrading the copper to another copper type will make little difference.
My Unifi manages about 18Mbps, due to being about 500m back to the TM mux in the main MDF room.
TM are good at blaming the wiring in multi building condos, when the real problem is that they should have installed a second mux

Ping to the UK and US is much better this morning.
I think that a lot of US traffic was routed through the UK yesterday

I thought that the second POTS port TEL2 is not normally active, it was intended for a premium fax line service
