2 years ago I did apply the bonanza package, last year turbo upgraded to 300mbps

weird, I just called them they said accept authorized letter
will drop by to TM point ASAP
TM really need to train their CS, transfer here and there end up still cannot check when my contract end

Just came back from TM Point Kepong
Took around half hour
*they accept authorization letter

even successfully changed my plan to unifi 300Mbps - Super Value YEP 2019
since my October bill is already out, the staff did mention to me from today onwards until end of Dec, I no need to pay
but next month need to pay from 1st October until 13th October
and told me that I will be paying RM 139 (exclude SST) forever

yup, prevously my discount only valid for 2 years (24 months) and discount RM 70
as standard price for 300 mbps is RM 199
but I no idea why discount RM 90
RM 199 - RM 90 = RM 109
then where the RM 30
