The 24 months extend is from when ?

My first 24 months contract start last year October 2018 and if i renew this time, will i have 36 months left ?

Now unifi cannot load =.=

So there's only one risk for existing non-turbo-ed user

RM129 (136.74) for 100mbps user right now might face price drop issue from 1 Jan 2020 ?

Maybe become RM89 for 100mbps

So for those who are still using let say RM129 / mo unifi plan, no rugi?

my bill showing
internet package : RM129 minus RM30 = RM99
Unifi TV : RM30

So total RM129 (exclude SST)

So if i right now redeem this PayForNothing, meaning starting 1 January 2020, my billing still RM129 ? or the discount RM30 will gone ?

My activity shows "CANCELLED" on 7th Oct 2019

Then live chat said need to contact sales team, woot!?

EDIT:

It shows "cancelled" in my unifi app

It shows "order processing" in unifi desktop browser

How do we know the process has 100% completed?

Mine is 1st October with 2k numbering and still no sound yet sad.gif

My outstanding is negative RM13.25 already

The live chat asked me to submit again but I can’t cause my status for redeem is showing “submitted” and cannot go further anymore.

I had checked with them yesterday to see what’s my order yesterday and got the order number, today I check under my activity and the order number gone so I live chat again which result gimme is “CANCELLED”

Kind of not responsible since I totally get no follow up from them!

So i furstrate on the 100 call and live chat and went straight to TM Point on 11 October after system showing system error since 7th Oct (I registered on 1st Oct through online).

The CS told me mine had been cancelled since 7th Oct due to system error and said will help me to resubmit again (I cant do it online cause it shows "submitted" )

Guess what? the package changed on 4pm straight after 1pm finished talking with CS.

Online submit is a joke sometime.


My package remain 100mbps without TV Box (RM129)
Residential High Speed Internet

100% Discount Internet
Promo Discount RM30
Promo Discount Perpetual

But i have overpayment of RM13.75 before now showing RM0.00 ???

TM unifi blocked Samsung Services ?

I cant use my samsung app / account related things if connected to my Unifi =.=

All galaxy store, samsung backup, samsung member infinite load
Samsung forum, samsung store all stucked
