I made a complaint to MCMC on the grey area for 300mbps plan with paynothing :

In short, for those under 24 months promo rm139 300mbps plan that turbo-ed from 30mbps, please call to double confirm before committing to  redeem paynothing. For the record, i live chatted 6 times, 5 times say rm199 after jan2020; through phone 3 times, all said rm199.

For those that under perpetual discount for 300/500/800mbps plan before this paynothing promotion, good for you then. Don't think anything in this YEP can come close to your value unless want to downgrade.

I think this 300M issue has been discussed for 2-3 weeks now. Just have to look back on old posts. Most 300M users here would have followed the discussion. Its up to each one to make their own decision. Some have posted their discount converted to perpetual. I guess there will be many 300M users who will complain to TM if the price in Jan is not what they expected.

No one here has a concrete answer. Just best guesses and opinions based on info we have. I don't think there has been misinformation from users on the 300M issue. Just difference of opinions.

FYI I'm using TM Unifi myself now at home. For close to 10 years until just 1st half of this year, I've been paying faithfully RM169 for 10M until I decided to complaint at TM Point to have it lowered to RM89 without the bundled phone calls and TV.

Made the biggest mistake continuing with TM Unifi, should have just waited a few more months probably I'm now on Celcom or Maxis. I should've not trusted this dishonest company, they quietly changed the early termination plan from one time RM500 into this remaining months nonsense.

Never again I'll TRUST this damn company which blocks you if you post too much complains at their FB page. Want to monopolize Malaysian 5G airspace? Dream on idiots!

We demand an explanation from TM for all this billing mess they created. I guess they have one of the most messed up billing system among all ISPs in Malaysia.
Always changing plans, even their own staffs sometimes can't even catch up with the changes and they can never confirm it with their customers.

Why was their TURBO plan so restricted and limited in public information?
Why they only ran the program temporarily and quietly to just a small pool of users?
How come eventually they didn't opened up the 500M and 800M plans at affordable rates to their home customers?

I live in a highly dense populated area in Menjalara Kepong where Desa Park City is just by walking distance. How come my building has been stuck with miserable VDSL2 upto 30M for over 10 years?

My building has more than close to 100% ports takeup rate for HSBB. Why?
