Why annoying? My comments have impacted your sales, TM ambassador?
FYI I'm using TM Unifi myself now at home. For close to 10 years until just 1st half of this year, I've been paying faithfully RM169 for 10M until I decided to complaint at TM Point to have it lowered to RM89 without the bundled phone calls and TV.
Made the biggest mistake continuing with TM Unifi, should have just waited a few more months probably I'm now on Celcom or Maxis. I should've not trusted this dishonest company, they quietly changed the early termination plan from one time RM500 into this remaining months nonsense.
Never again I'll TRUST this damn company which blocks you if you post too much complains at their FB page. Want to monopolize Malaysian 5G airspace? Dream on idiots!

Pls. hope some newspaper editor or reporter here take screenshots of these bills and publicize them in the papers.
We demand an explanation from TM for all this billing mess they created. I guess they have one of the most messed up billing system among all ISPs in Malaysia.
Always changing plans, even their own staffs sometimes can't even catch up with the changes and they can never confirm it with their customers.
Why was their TURBO plan so restricted and limited in public information?
Why they only ran the program temporarily and quietly to just a small pool of users?
How come eventually they didn't opened up the 500M and 800M plans at affordable rates to their home customers?
I live in a highly dense populated area in Menjalara Kepong where Desa Park City is just by walking distance. How come my building has been stuck with miserable VDSL2 upto 30M for over 10 years?
My building has more than close to 100% ports takeup rate for HSBB. Why?

Why are TM ambassadors now starting to label me as Maxis fan? Running short of ideas to attack me is it?
By the way if I were to recommend people who live in the Klang Valley to switch, I would say go for Celcom Fibre or DiGi/ViewQwest if its available in some of your areas.
Celcom Home Fibre is the most interesting plan to look at now. Excellent connectivity to China content. No remaining months early termination just RM500, downgrade fee just costs RM50 one time and your contract still continues no renewal.
TM should learn from their sister company Axiata Celcom which is so much more aggressive and innovative.
Look, here's the deal, i'm also pissed with how tm/unifi does things. But look at the fairer side of things and reconsider :
1) whatever stated in the user's contract, is the minimum delivery standard. If they under deliver, you have every right to complain the shit out of them and even take legal action, because the delivery standard is stated in the contract. However if they over deliver and they don't ask for more money out of it, seriously nothing is wrong with that. User lagi happy.
2) yes, it is quite a shit hellhole with so many different packages/plans with different prices. But again, if tm is over-delivering, it is their problem to deal with the inconsistencies and confusion. Yes, other users may not feel happy, but their contract terms didn't have anything about lowest price guarantee that you see on certain e-commerce sites. Maybe unethical, but i think it maybe legal. Again, legally nothing against over-delivering.
3) unless there is a separate fair and reasonable party taking over the infrastructure ownership and management, there is nothing you can do about service consistency favouring the owner . We have no idea what kind of service agreement whatever ISP had with TM when they want to "rent" TM's infrastructure. Time has no such shit issues like other fibre providers because they bao ka liao end to end, everything they manage and control.
4) on celcom fibre's advantages, the best is the termination clause....but if you read the terms carefully :
a) do you know that the ONU only 1 year limited warranty? TM warranty you for LIFE as long as you're under their contract. Tukar berapa kali also nevermind, i just changed mine not to long ago FOC, because the connection not stable due to overheating of the ONU unit and resplice the fibre optic. Sometimes, if you pandai-pandai and good relationship with the contractor, can even help you replace your router.
b) if you move house, you incur additional RM200 to "transfer" your account to another branch servicing your new location. For TM, no such issue. As one forumer stated, transfer of ownership ini macam pun boleh.
c) if you ffk/reschedule installation date from initial appointment, any change is rm200 unless give 4 days advance notice. I'm presuming this also applies to after sales service issues. For TM, if you give reasonable time ahead, the contractor has no qualms rescheduling, even half a day before you tell them need to reschedule also ok, FOC, come another day.
d) there is no guarantee that celcom won't "over-deliver" for certain users, but chances definitely lower because of margin concerns.
i also looked into celcom when i undergone this fiasco, but item 4a and 4c is quite a tough consideration because ONU can die at anytime. This one TM takes the cake. And there is no guarantee that celcom after sales service is any better.
