I am not aware of Unifi FB case you refer to. I leave it to them to sort theirs out. As far as I can tell, YEP is for new and existing customers. Theres no reason why 500M, 800M is not included as they are existing customers. And many of them here have done the YEP.
No one is stopping you from being a hero and doing good for others. Please go ahead. But you don't have to ask others to do so, they are free to make their own choice.
Let me ask you this. Do you realise that for the past 2 years, you have been on RM139 for 30M/300M turbo while there were others paying RM179 / 199 or more? Do you realise some in high-rise could not get turbo and they were paying more than those in landed? Why did you not reject the RM139 offer and pay RM199 instead like some others to be fair?

While your crusade may be commendable, you still have not got an answer to the RM139 users doubts. It would help many 300M users if you can get a black and white answer.
At most, so far, you have got an offer of RM139 for yourself from TM. Let us know if you take it or decline it based on justice, principles or whatever.

Anyway thank you for guiding and explaining.You have a neutral viewpoint. I am aware of all the promos and discount which I dont care at all previously. And for soonwai, I always mention him to kacau him only to compliment him with his cheap package.
Me alone cant do much justice. My objective is simple. Gather enough user to complain on the same issue or at least make them aware of the issue.
Please dont question my personal intergrity. I feel very sorry for them honestly and i tried to help and guide them in my way. And i feel very sorry for those streamyx user and kampung area. Previously im using streamyx on landed due to full port in my area but and waited for 5 years for unifi fibre. I have no issue with it because the port is really full. I will be the first to surrender my own RM 139 if TM come out with the rules everyone has to pay the same fair price RM 199. This is the problem with monopoly. If they open up their pole for other company, no such issue.

And also I called TM 100 marketing, technical and promotion line, they told me i can remove and save RM 30 as well and they calculate to me.I reconfirm again with their supervisor.Can be remove. By terminating the unifi tv plan, they ask me to call termination department. So i called la..Then they say cannot. See the problem here?
So it means possible and can since user able to remove. And they themself say can and they themself say cannot. Really pandai putar halim.
Same case reference like soonwai, if he never post his screenshot Rm 160 for 800mbps and ultimate pack, no one will aware and know.
Gather the proof and screenshot the 100 MBPS and above unifi user that remove the RM 30 Unifi tv ( NOT streamyx and unifi lite user) then u have high chance to remove it as well. Then question them, why he get and i dont get. They will ask you for user account number to check. Make sure the user give him his account number. But @Soonwai dont wanna give me his account number .
If i manage to remove, ill share my account number for u because you need the proof

You didn't know when you signed up? Or TM didn't tell you? HyppTV is part and parcel of most Unifi plans. You could have chosen other plans which doesn't come with IPTV either from TM or from other ISPs.

Non-standard is an issue. We all know it. Its mainly because they have different promos. As said before, those lower prices ones so happen to follow a certain upgrade / promo path and ended up with lower price. Plus maybe some billing error on TM side.
Your RM189 800M is far better than some paying RM2xx or RM3xx. In a way this is like going to a shop to buy something when there is a sale. The person who went 1 day before or 1 day after would have paid more.
The main problem is TM does not adjust existing user prices. From their point, why should they when they can get more from users. At the same time, users also are not willing to take something less for less price.
You of course have a choice to get lower priced packages at 30M, 50M or 100M. Unless you really need the 800M. Or look at competitors.
Then user awareness very important. Create awareness for them, Update them with latest issues. Then let them decide what to do next.
The actual issue I encountered is I called TM 100 to verify many times. the answer is Yes can. Then call again, the answer is No cannot. Yes and No. No right answer. If the first time i call and they say YEs and i believe them and apply. Who gonna be responsible? Then i complain and make noise kau kau, then they curi curi give me promo discount then how?
Somemore, who leaked out my info to maxis? and know my exact Tm contract end date? how much im paying per month? Need to make user aware all this
This is the same thing happenned to me last time when maxis called me. You dont jump ship ah..we offer you RM 68 for 24 months. and u dun tell others. This is special promo for customer like you only. You are VVIP customer. LoL. And im also well aware some maxis user even get Rm 68 for 24 months and a free subsidize phone.
