ya, ultimate pack + std20
some stories behind, my account supposed entitle 800Mbps upgrade (use to be RM179 50Mbps in 2017 then +10 become RM189 100Mbps from Oct 2017)

could be they done it wrongly

i complaint MCMC last Sept 2018, mentioned why my TM bills have Ruby + Ultimate which is RM30 + RM90 (actually this total RM90 is inside RM189 100Mbps)
then Oct 2018 TM call me said REFUND me RM300 (10 months x RM30) for hypptv overcharge, well they really refunded me RM300 to my unifi account and upgrade me to 500Mbps, adjusted to RM99 a month, 104.xx after 6%, then with -300 inside, 2 months+ i didnt pay from Oct to Dec 2018

since Oct 2018, i get RM300 back and RM99 til now.... save RM100 a month (use to be RM189+6%)

my HyppTV contract ended this month, i just check with live chat last few days, should i request terminate and get -RM60
end of story

they might refund you for past many months....
