What I am trying to say is after the YEP upgrade, unifi dashboard still show RM 70 discount before and after. But latest billing showed RM 199 instead of RM 139. Therefore most likely on Jan 2020, the real billing price will be RM 199 because the TM billing is the accurate one.

At least the YEP already kicked in.
Guess will only get to know how they will itemized the bill to get RM139 in Jan 2020.

Just because the bill does not show your discount from the dashboard now does not mean you won't get it.

Later instead of  -199 discount you see now, it should have -70 or -90 or whatever discount you entitled to.

Again, look at your previous bill. Does it not show something like RM199 - 70 discount = RM109? Then add RM30 for VAR pack = RM139?

Please note that samuraix79 's billing is nothing to do with RM139 / 199 issue. It was a change in plan from 100M to 30M. So happen the price is RM139.

Not yet because having issue now. TM marketing called to offer remain price RM 139 instead of RM 199 for 24 months of contract extension. My existing RM 139 promo contract gonna end next month. Will submit for paynothing only when confirmed price is RM 139.

Maxis offer Rm 139 for 300mbps and all the lines under maxis mobile will be upgraded to unlimitted DATA for free under MAXIS ONE PRIME.

Like I said a few times before, if a RM139 300M user uses Change My Plan and selects the new 300M package , then that package is priced at RM199. That is their own fault.

If you do the redeem, the price should remain at RM139 as per what they have said in the FAQ. And the discount is adjusted to maintain this price.  You have seen users post about this before where their discount changed from RM70 to RM90.

Can you show your previous bill without personal info, similar to the image you posted earlier so we can see how the details are shown for comparison.

So you can see it for yourself from your previous bill.
It is RM179 - 70 discount = RM109. Then add RM30 pack = RM139.

RM139 is not straight away written in the bill.

Take example of some users who redeem and their discount changed from RM70 to RM90.

Current bill will show as
RM199 - 199 discount = RM0. Because of free promo.

Jan bill will most likely be:
RM199 - 90 discount = RM109. Then add RM30 pack = RM139.

Note that Dec bill may also not be 0, because you will be paying in advance for 01 Jan to your billing date in Jan.

Don't just see a RM199 stated in the bill and say that will be the price. As seen in your previous bill where it shows a RM179, you didn't say that was the price you were paying because in the end you only pay RM139.

im under bonanza contract that will end next months only for 24 months. As u can see my discount is not perpetual. No one can assure me how much i gonna pah after i apply yep, on january 2020 when my old contract end. Rm 139 or rm 199 or rm 209.

.if certain customer make noise..give them goodies n rebate n make them quiet. ...

I think the reason you got called is because your contract is expiring soon. And you have not done the YEP. At least they are calling you and giving you the option to maintain your price.

The lower prices some are paying has happened that way due to they way packages were upgraded and various promos. These users did not go make noise and get cheaper prices. If you have been following this forum for the past couple of years, you would know that.

Those 800M users paying RM3xx etc had options to reduce their price during promos and new packages. They did not take it up. Its their own decision.

I'm not saying TM does everything right. I have complained a lot as well. But we should not misrepresent things either. Stick to facts.

The reason they called is I made Tm aware user like me exist by lodging complaint and keep calling and live chat them posting about user like @soonwai and the perpetual discount screenshot and the conflicting answer they gave. My objective is very simple which is let other user know the existance package price like @Soonwai then they can judge and decide what to do next. This is almost exactly the same like maxis did last time by secretly offer cheaper price for user.

This is the real answer, need black and white. Even YEP black and white also misleading. Inside the terms already mention 500 and 800 mbps not entitled. How come soonwai entitled to it?How come user paying Rm 300++ per months not entitle for YEP like unifi FB? Does it give TM has the right to decide and choose who entitle for YEP? THat alone is the YEP ..and what about the discount and perpetual discount?

If im Soonwai, I will give up my own package and rather pay RM 300++ per month and seek justice for other unfair user. Let the whole malaysia know what Unifi did just like what maxis did last time

TM have their right to retain their customers. Like Digi offer rebate to those who want to port out. You can take your time to request port out and get the offer. But it is up to you. Not everyone one care about that money instead they care about their time.

My advice, as a consumer. We have right to make a choice. Since your contract will be ended very soon. You may choose another product that suitable for you and your family. Not necessary have to stay at Unifi if you think Unifi not fair. Always choose the best.
