any other way to increase my change to grab the port?

Finally requested to change my unifi rm229 800mbps plan to rm129 100mbps online. Think 800mbps is overpriced. And most of the time the "800mbps" plan only achieve 300+ mbps and download speed capped at 25mb/s. Better downgrade to 100 hehe

Err. How? Cause a few times i tried to request for the removal of hypptv but tm say cannot. Lazy la

unifi "white box" just installed at my housing area 2 months ago. heard they are turning on the ports in these few days.

however, only one white box is installed on my road, so I'm competing to get the port with another 40+ houses. already submitted my application to an agent who opened up registration booth 4 months ago.

That router can't support 500Mbps over wifi. It can only support it via wired connection, with RJ45 Cat 5e and above. I suggest referring to 1st page, 1st post, green text, for a quick lesson in home networking, and recommendations for a good router for your speed.

Why not able to support 500?
My Archer C5 can get 519 down, 103 up.

RT-AC5300 definitely can handle 800Mbps without AiProtection enabled. Try monitor your router CPU and RAM usage when running the speedtest. Make sure you didn't disable the hardware acceleration accidentally.

Worst to worst, get TM to diagnose. Do note that they will argue with their 10% fluctuation rule.
Your TV is just slow so bear with it. Try pulling an Ethernet cable see if there's any different.

Have you tried the beta firmware? Try it with a factory reset.

TV lan port is fast ethernet..

while wifi is AC.. so i stick to wifi. but there is a usb 3 port. im not sure if android tv support external wifi dongle .

i still yet to get my turbo upgrade 2018... unifi care shows scheduled date oct - dec 2018, but now already mar 2019...

should i make a complaint ?

From 100mbps+Ultimate+Aneka+std20@ rm189 after turbo n remove ultimate, now paying rm129 for 800mbps+Aneka+Std20.

WOW! I don't dare to touch the Ultimate pack back to normal pack. else I think I can get RM 119 (now RM 149 with ultimate pack)
I thought last time the RM 10 100 mbps RYE plan did mention remove ultimate pack will remove discount?

Seriously? Just because you can't get full speed to speediest.tm.com.my with Chrome? TM so dedicated. They should be checking their server instead. Make sure you don't get charged for their visit.
