This tofu seems to be a cheap source of protein and carb. Looks pretty nice for bulking. Is it safe to take the entire pack on a daily basis? I am abit skeptical about the these 2 ingredients being added into the food and Glucono Delta Lactone - food additive Calcium Sulphate - plaster The label doesn't tell how much do they add, and I am unsure how much intake per day is considered safe to human consumption. I think tofu we get from pasar should have similar ingredient as well Any thought?

QUOTE(win2000 @ Jan 30 2019, 03:03 PM) There are food grade calcium sulphate, usually added for purposes such as acidity regulator, firming agent, flour treatment agent, sequestrant and stabilize Yup understand this. My concern is actually "entire pack on a daily basis" which normally no people will do this. I am afraid I break the amount of safe consumption amount and leads me to health issue and looks like there isn't a simple way to measure

QUOTE(win2000 @ Jan 30 2019, 03:35 PM) Food grade are safe lvl per daily basis. Dont worry so much about it being "processed" food. Just remember that everything taken in excess can harm you. Even the "healthy" kind, such as chia seed.Yup agreed on this. Don't worry I'm not a paleo dieter, I do eat a lot of processed food, even sugar and salt are processed, but also try to check the ingredients they put into my mouth. Probably I need to eat like 20 packs of tofu to exceed the safe consumption quantity of Glucono Delta Lactone and Calcium Sulphate.
