u can go to any local hardware shop,

best one, kedai paip besi ahliang etc

Ask them beforehand if they can do iron pipe threading, most of them can do it

i tried a few local hardware, it is actually a conduit pipe for electrical. i want to build wall lamp since iron pipe is not available nowadays.

This is usually done by a plumber or contractor.

Sometimes, some hardware shops do have that machine as well but getting rare.

Ask around the hardware shops that sell them or you could ask them for a contact for someone in the area that could help you with it.

CSM hardware. The branch in Shah Alam Sec 27 have it and also the neighbour hardware shop. Sec 25 also. Not sure about Jalan 225 their new branch cos havent been there.

The shop in Sec 27 used the metal pipes as their staircase railing and payment counter stand and divider.

today I went to the hardware stores that has the machine. However, I cant get it threaded because i bought GI pipe instead of iron pipe.
They said if GI pipe, their die will blunt fast and the pipe will get dented very easily.

But Galvanized Iron (GI) pipe is lighter and cheaper. no wonder i thought it was cheap like 12 ft - RM 17.
Iron pipe is around RM 50+ for 20ft.

this is something i was wanting to build
