Hey, what's up.

Would like to find out if anyone shares the same issues with this particular solar-powered watch, module: 3160

It's been a month just never had the time to send it for warranty claims. New watch, bought directly from G-Factory outlets, it worked for 2 months and one morning the time and date keep resetting itself to 12:00 when the battery gauge says H.

Here is a short video showing how it keeps resetting, and about 3 hours later it's completely dead. Wear it every day so I think it exposed to sunlight / fluorescent enough. Not sure how long it has been sitting in the shop.

Does this module have a known issue? or a defective battery is just more common. I'm in a position where it is easier to just swap out the battery myself than sending it to warranty, the CTL1616F rechargeable is not exactly cheap, around RM80 for one, but then, if it's the module that was having issues, changing the battery is like adding fuel to a rusty fuel tank.

Just RMA it Bro. Period.

Dun waste time troubleshooting if still in warranty period.
