i just recently got my w910, unfortunately it's a non local phone, hehe..
in fact it derives from the land of a place we call taiwan~

so my question is, i can't seem to turn off the annoying camera shutter sound even after i went and got the latest update.
i'm thinking this could be a taiwan thing, but i should have to suffer right?

any sifus in here know of any simple way to turn it off?
i've found that we can just delete the shutter sound midi files off, but i can't find it by just connecting via usb...

any help would be appreciated

dude, i wish it was that simple man, but on my phone there's only four sound setting, nothing resembles an off switch...
and although in silent mode, the damn thing still rings..

i updated my software once, the imei shows that it's a taiwan phone.
maybe the dumb law there prohibit camera phone with no sound?

all i know it's taiwan software le.
cos when got the latest sw update and login into sony ericsson they show me mandarin wan le..

any ideas how to hack or shut it off, or least replace it with some better shutter sound?

even if i put my phone in silent mode, the damn annoying shutter sound r still there...
any other ideas?

btw i'm thinking of getting a 8GB m2 sandisk memory for it.
i saw in lowyat cost onli rm180, this phone support 8GB without problem rite>
