Do I HAVE to use Bluesoleil? I've tried with my other laptop running on XP without the bluesoleil thingy but it still won't work. Hoping I don't have to install it

Did you modify anything else when you created the new Internet Account thingy (as in the PS data) or did you just use the stock ready ones?
Have you handles the w580? I think it's kinda flimsy. That's my personal take though. Don't like the phone
The speaker sucks. Like big time. I can barf when listening to it. For emergency purposes can lah but if you wanna use it for entertainment, you might as well use something else. It's really bad. The HPM70 doesn't have much to shout about as well. Even when I plugged in my AKGs it didn't sound very nice. Just gotta wait for my KSC 75 and SR60s to come to make a comparison. Could try with the portapro but it's on "permanent loan" with my friend

In a whole, I'd use this as a back up music player and a "oh shit my iPod ran out of juice" but I'll never actually use it as my primary music player.

the sound may abit sharp to your ear if you compare it with w610i
or w610i sound may abit 'from tunnel'(bc w610i speaker got metal)if you feel w910i is ok
for me, I like w910i midi sound, clearer(however the midi instrument sound is same with w610i )

for my feel when use earphone, when using mega bass, w610i seem to be lougher(w610i lougher 1 1/2 compare to w910i)& the mega bass perform better
for w910i,no mega bass is better...

btw, w910i sound seem to be bao4 yin1(sorry, I only know chi words )when you turn it to max(speaker or earphone)

I guest you have to try yourself, bc my view may not suit yours
for my view, no need mega bass=power not enough
but, for me is ok bc I only want hear it clearly(fairup with china phone mp3 sound, it's bad)
btw, w910i people sound seem to be small compare with it's other sound...(or my mistake only?)

summary: if want best music better buy mp3 player, if want best picture capture quility better buy dc

I failed using BlueSoleil 5.05
I was only success with my BlueSoleil 2.6(come with my bluetooth dongle,lucky )
for other want to try my 2.6, pm me
set PAN use ur network card(the one u connect to intenet)in BlueSoleil
u just connect to ur pc name(in your phone),
when pc icon appear at top of ur phone, success

my opinion,
for you guy want to buy this phone, better wait it drop price
RM1600, just 3G, no auto focus, no light...
w610i is better(no 3G, auto focus,light)
shake is only playable for short time only...
sensme require mp3...
walkman 3.0 only got display in horlizontal/vertical & a few sorting only...(art got in walkman 2.0 already)
the sound is abit sharp
& can't stop go in black when see pic(w610i can by using slide)

Stock is HPM70. Doesn't really perform well IMO. Bass is too bloated and Treble is too shril. Mids are ok but overall is just a so-so. But do bare in mind that I'm comparing this do a dedicated player, so it's a tad bit unfair

For normal listening, I would say the phone does a pretty good job

Erm, if you want an all in one, I suggest you get th w810 lor. The cam is better, has mp3 functions and is a pretty good phone

The w910 SQ is nothing to shout about, it's probably slightly above average (IMO, YMMV). The camera sucks big time. If you're a casual shooter (during the daytime at night the phone is a horror!) than ok lor. If not you might wanna rethink buying the w910.

But if form factor and slimness is your thing, then this definitely is the phone to go for. I might ditch this and go for the N81 instead
I think that's the Havana one. Coz the detail is in brown/gold not orange. My black one is in orange. Unless of course my eyes rae lying to me

haha..i went and tested w580 n w910 side by side..

started with w910 first
- the looks so so only..nothing to shout about ...
- like the big screen..
- so light
- the built quality is really good..
- the flash UI so cool and the auto rotate function rocks..
- the W buttons is on top, so to shake it, u need to press the top..a bit weird
- the keypad button..really really flat and so hard to press..
- the soft buttons and call/send button like stick together..so hard to press..
- then i test the sound..ok.ok only...

then i took the w580i urban grey and compare side by side

- the design sure more stunning then w910i
- the SOUND is so much louder..can cover w910 sound
- the W button is just beside dpad..easier to access for shake control
- the button crack issue scares me..

So the conclusion is.....

i donno what i want..ahhahaha

If only they combine the looks of W580 with w910 functions..

What is there even to choose? The w580 has no 3G. That in itself makes the w910 win hands down

I personally don't like how the w580 looks. Don't like the build quality. It's like I'm holding some cheap plastic toy. Only good thing about that phone to me is the fact that it has that pedometer thingy. Other than that...
