i bought this phone recently, i notice sometime when i use this phone...when i make the call the line keep disconnect. is it because of my sim card or my phone got problem? any advice? should i return it to the shop because i use within 1 week

my w910i set is ap. how much it will cost if i send to se center to update and change the region to asia. i need bahasa melayu or indonesian language for t9. does the sony ericsson do the service for ap phone?
