i too face phone restarting problem, especially when taking videos.

quite frustrating... looking to debrand it, then upgrade the firmware...
need to look up the guide.. too lazy lolz.

mine's got vodafone on the bottom, guess its vodafone firmware.

mine's flaming red hot LOL

i sorta regret getting this phone some days after buying it

am eyeing nokia 5800... but my pockets empty!

hmmm mine shows vodafone on the phone, but there's an option to turn it off in the camera menu, but not the video. haha.

maybe vodafone from UK (non-asian) so thats the case?

or is it mine is generic firmware? how do you check?

what i meant was the camera shutter had an option to turn it off, on my phone.

but the video did not have that option, but turning the phone silent mutes the video beep capturing sound too like what u guys said

auto restarting is the main problem that i hope R1FA037 can overcome...

How long have you been using the phone? mine's about half a year.

you guys dont have battery getting "fatter" or bloating issue?

i asked around in a mall near my place, some sell RM100+, some as low as RM40, all claim as ORI...

when i see the battery, it looks exactly the same (same as mine too), with chinese wordings and made in china...

i check sony ericsson website, the battery displayed also has chinese wordings... ^^||

so i really dunno what to get..
gonna check out the Sony Ericsson shop in Sunway Pyramid this weekend.
