Hi all. I also bought Gamuda property via Houzkey. Bought in 2021 and the VP from gamuda was on Aug 22. I took key on Oct 22. From then I keep email and call Maybank Houzkey to check on the payment and ask when the payment will start. After few weeks or months someone from Maybank called n explain the same thing about billing problem. I asked him whether I will be penalised since I haven't start pay n he said they will not charge me and my 5 year tenure will only start after they sms me n I start make payment. I told him whatever he said need to be on email as well and they replied too. Fast forward, now Aug 24 my DLP also finishing n I have been staying in my new house rent free. Shud I be worried??

Yes. It’s been two years. I thought they will start the payment after DLP. Now DLP also finished. Emailed them. But no reply
