How much saving you have, when you are 30 yrs old?

One of the month in that year my saving left less than 500. The lowest my saving have been ever since started working professionally. Because buy and renovate property.
My advise to those that buying property for first time, don't buy at max you can afford, and always double the saving then what you plan to spend for renovate, you budget 50k renovate but end up will spend 100k. |
