First of all I am using pos express. i know it is not claim-able BUT if let say the parcel has been delivered and missing then it is another case, But for 7 days 30++ of my parcel has been stuck in Ezibox!
Tomorrow will be the 8th day and I’m filing a police report.
Not just 1 parcel but 30+++ and my customers are asking for refund, and nope none of them received the parcel, to me this is entirely pos malaysia’s fault as it has not delivered and hopefully still in their possession.
I am willing to go as far as I can with this case CS I HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR SHITS
Any one of you with this experience?
And we called nearest pos laju and they say it was emptied everyday, and told me to call another pos laju. Wangsa maju pos laju but for f sake none is taking the call.
Tracking Number still in Ezibox 7 DAYS!
