kali ini i speak malay..penat la nak cari ayat dlm BI..hahah 1 bln yg lepas..ada seorg customer trade notebook BENQ Joybook T31 dgn saya.. everything complete n nampak perfect tanpa sebarang masalah..3 month only used n still warranty around 9 month. yg deal dgn customer(mean seller T31) tu bkn sy tp kwn sy (sebab sy tidak berada di kl dimana urusniaga berlaku di kl) 1 hari berikutnya kwn sy dapati brightness utk lcd tidak berfungsi..(mean button FN+Brightness UP n DOWN not function) then setelah diskuss dgn penjual sy consider utk hantar notebook tersebut ke Benq Service Center di lowyat..(disini kwn sy la yg pergi hantar) anda mahu tahu berapa lama mereka ambil masa utk settlekan satu button tersebut?ini dia jawapan nya..sehingga skrg ketika mesej ini ditulis masih xsiap2 lagi.. 1 minggu pertama alasan - still inspect hardware/software problem- mybe take 3-5hari bekerja..now dah 4 minggu bekerja still xde jawapan... alasan terbaru adalah mybe LCD problem..kena tukar LCD!!! alasan itu pon sudah 1 minggu berlalu...xkan tukar LCD ambil masa lebih dr seminggu? (*sy ingin mengelurkan kata2 kesat di sini tp masih mampu mengawal) selama sy berjual beli notebook..sy x pernah jual notebook BENQ...igtkan nak cuba2 jual sbb dgr kata barang dia bgs..tp mungkin inilah kali pertama n terakhir sy berurusniaga dgn BENQ.. DELL hanya ambil masa xsampai 1hari untuk inspect n tukar lcd baru.. manakala selama sy jual Acer/Compaq..walaupon byk org takut nak beli acer....belum lagi jumpa problem bodoh mcm ni selama tempoh warranty.. Then kalau anda semua rasa service dia bgs..bolehlah beli BENQ!!!! So Pesanan sy kpd semua - Berhati2 la ketika memilih produk *Thread ini dibuka bukan bertujuan untuk merosakkan reputasi sesiapa tetapi adalah perkara benar dan sememangnya benar yang berlaku ke atas diri saya sendiri.. |
