Hello dear yogis & yoginis,
I have created this topic in this forum to find out if there's any yoga teachers/enthusiast out there. I am about to attend my Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal and I would appreciate it so much if you have any suggestion on what I should be preparing for before the training...  |

first things first, u must be ready for the different variations of food there... i heard they consume lots of daal and rice.. thats about it..
