Recently I get a problematic rider who started complaining the route I used although I followed precisely route as directed by Waze and he never warned me in advance. The route from USJ to Taman Desa was not jam and there was no toll as well. I couldn’t understand why rider so upset about it and I don’t think the trip duration would taken longer time.
I turned my dash cam 180 degree which normally directing to the car front area so that it start shooting to my car inner cabin area. So that the dash cam can recorded all his behavior and how he scolded me.
The whole idea is to provide evidence in case rider complaint to grab later and keep his mouth shut.
This rider started to change topic and warned that I invaded his privacy and would complain to grab office on his matter.
I felt regret now that I didn’t kick him out from my car.
As I understood that grab has provided dash cam to their female riders although I am a man but I do believe that is nothing wrong to do so when there was abnormal activities during the trip. We are using Our Own Car to fetch grabcar riders.
Can drivers here commented whether that is right thing to do? Or there is better way?
