Hi,

I am having a Sony Xperia Z3 phone.

However, the phone suddenly shut down into blackscreen with a battery icon at low level. The screen is like below:

I tried to charge the phone but it never get charge and the icon is the same and the red colour never shown increase to the top part with green colour.

Can I know what happen to my phone and is it repairable?

May I know are you working in the phone repair industry?

I do not have the orange colour thing to suck the back cover of the phone and not sure whether I will successfully done it.

How reliable is the battery? Meaning how to identify the battery is not recycle since it is not from the original manufacturer.

Does all the seller selling the same type of battery is recycle?

no. just someone who repair my own phone.
orange thing can buy from aliexpress/taobao/lazada/shopee

no way to know... have to trust the seller. see reviews.

How much did the technician charge you for the repair work?

If ourself can do, then can save some money.

ok, I saw some seller also sell the orange item with the battery but it is a transparent small item that look like to item used to stick on our car window.
