is there any transport for 7 people from airport to hotel? or is there any tour guide recommend in tokyo? I have family of 5 and 2 elders will be holiday in tokyo.

the virus seems not slowing down. My trips with family with elders is on May... Not sure if ANA will refund since tickets purchase is promo.

Anyone booked with ANA last year? If I wanted to cancel the trips, is it refundable? Where I can request refund? First time booking with ANA and not sure where to get help.
