I went there before for FY 2018 new year.
Ticket was expensive but you get to enter and re-enter from 7pm 31st till next day closure...
As usual, crowded and each popular ride are at least an hour of waiting..
The longest I wait was 2 hours which is for the new minion ride...

Ok noted on the early get in advice.
You said it is crowded, but is it on weekends?
