Thanks for the tip..  Will try to plan to go Fukuoka next next round. I heard that the weather down there wont be so cold during winter and there would be less/no snow around that region?
*
not so sure, i think it will snow too, but not heavy like hokkaido

no read chinese, izzit for custom declaration only or immigration as well?
if custom only, still have stamp with visa validity date + sticker QR code on passport.
*

found a English Source to you

After its introduction at Haneda airport, the system will then be deployed at Narita airport on Aug. 27, at Kansai International Airport on Sept. 25, and later at Fukuoka Airport on Oct. 8, Chubu and New Chitose airports in November and at Naha Airport next July.

source say leave japan only. u enter macam still need go thru immigration personel when masuk.
u enter, immigration will stick the QR code sticker on ur passport + stamp validity. n then when u leave, u go thru automation, n scan the QR code (or no more QR code, just fingerprint/face recognition)

unless i miss something from the article. (just browse thru quickly)  icon_rolleyes.gif

sorry, my mistake, still can't find any English source for that

I read it and tried to find some English sites and even downloaded the app. I think it only replaces the paper form that was given to you in the plane before you lands in a Japan airport. So you still have to go though the immigration and get your passport stamped... sweat.gif
*
i also download and try in the japan customs app, yes, all question same as arrival japan immigration form
but not sure still need stamp or not

Rm900++ (without luggage, food and seat selection) for CNY was still available for CNY 2020 period which is very cheap too.
You mean Keisei bus from Narita to Tokyo? 1000 yen  for normal hours, 2000 yen for midnight hours. But if early morning flight, have to stay at Narita because quite far away from Tokyo.
*
QUOTE(RegentCid @ Aug 20 2019, 03:30 PM)
Nop, not the Keisei.
This Bus company rules Narita Airport. Be-Transse, Part of JR Group. Subsidize by Govt, that why so cheap  biggrin.gif

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Aug 20 2019, 04:50 PM)
Bro... Keisei Tokyo Shuttle also offering the same rates. I took once from Tokyo station to Narita Airport for 1000yen. Airport Limousine Bus (Orange) is more expensive at 1900 yen.

thanks, good info to me, i also face the same problem
i travel with baby, i think the best way for me is last night stay in Narita Area
to avoid baby need 2~3am wake up, taxi to Tokyo station area, up and down change to bus.......

What time is your flight? There are midnight buses to Narita but double the price.

Nikko Hotel Narita is quite good. Reasonably priced, good breakfast and free shuttle to airport and Narita town. There are also nearby atteactions in Narita town if you have the time to explore.
*
thanks
flight time 9:30am

Narita attraction, the Naritasan Shinshoji Temple?

Is that RM446 before adding in luggage, meals and seats? I was looking into it yesterday and it cost around RM700 ish for return tickets bteeern Jan and March next year.

Anyhow, it's still cheap but not a deal breaker to impulsively travel to Narita as expenses for accommodation and food is still high.

I wonder if it's possible to travel to Tokyo for 8 nights with a RM4k budget per person staying in a 3 star hotel with double bed and eating reasonable food (RM100/day)? Travelling with someone.
*
yup, RM446 without add-on
accommodation price is really in tokyo area
4k per person is same as my budget, haha
