Is he referring to Peninsular Orang Asli not considered Bumiputera according to the Constitution or the lack of native land rights?

Some orang asli, when born, their parents did not register their birth. Hence cannot get mykad and proof of citizenship.
Not only orang asli, but orang asal in East Malaysia as well.

Aiyo, my post being deleted for good.
Well, many orang asli live in jungle since we are here. I think many of them don't even have IC.
I think what Lim refer to is what group the are belongs to. What kind of benefit they have as a citizen.

Apakebenda LKS mengarut ni? Orang Asli are valid citizen la. JPN staff even when deep into the jungle to find them to register and give them birth certificate and IC.
KNN!

I think what Lim refer to is what group the are belongs to. What kind of benefit they have as a citizen. You're wrong. Most orang asli in the peninsular are registered already. They have birth certificate and blue IC like you and me. The problem now is in Sabah and Sarawak. Sarawak is quite difficult especially with the Penan people. They mostly refused external intervention and don't have an iota of idea what to do with IC. But JPN still register and give them birth cert/IC.
