Nope.
They want to protek protek their farmers

Unless we gib them something irresistible so that they turn a blind eyes toward their farmer. That's why dinner is important. You could ask them what they really really want.

Europe ban palm oil as biofuel ingredient.

not as edible oil (oil used in cooking and eating).

from what I notice almost 90% of edible palm cooking oil sold in Malaysia like seri murni/saji/avena/vesawit/inhouse store brands like Tesco/aeon/giant  etc. are 100% palm oil except for certain brands like cap helang and cap pisau (mixed with 5% peanut oil)

correct me if i'm wrong

Europe banned biofuel, but edible oil is facing huge pressure as well.
There's a 'No palm oil' label used on food packaging and its gaining traction over the years.
Of course, due to low material cost major brands like ferrero rocher and nutella aren't about to join in the bandwagon... yet.

SEA market mostly still using palm oil due to various reasons, mainly costings. However, for China, the reputation of palm oil among normal consumer like me and you, aren't that good.

"if you see brand packaged as "blended oil" with other oil stickers on the bottle (e.g. soybean oil), most likely you'll have majority percentage of palm oil in it due to cheaper pricing. I'm not sure if Msia need to declare blending ratio.
