And can go through the screenshots, evpad is actually taking serious action on those sellers selling at low price, I know that because evpad asking people to purchase from those lazada and shopee listed at price way too low compare to stated retail selling price and ban the whole batch. And seller needs to pay the penalty of at least RM5-10k if not mistaken to unlock the whole batch from the ban.
Kindly refer to the screenshot for the proof.
I basically dont sell through online, only face to face deal.
Once ban user cant request to unlock with evpad, the seller needs to pay the penalty only can unblock.. so if too low in price perhaps you will need to take the chances, it should be okay if evpad didnt ask someone to purchase it from the seller to get the mac address(whole batch mac address is linked together)
I am not saying all will get ban, if I can get high volume I would go for lower price as well, since the profit margin is there.

then press 6868, then will prompt out a page for installing the softwares, just press download then it will automatically install.

then can use d, if you want to install additional apps can install through evpad market or google playstore.

I tried to watch youtube 4K with EVPAD 3S but always hang. I dont think the processor /RAM enough to support 4K.

How to solve this?

try smart youtube and see, probably your youtube player problem as the player downloaded from playstore not that stable

in the first place mcmc never mean that those iptv apps are going to be legal.

the mcmc only certified the tvbox parts.

even if you watch those adrama or other apps like rss player, none of them counted as legal.

but you would still use it with other tvbox or pc.

the only thing that is legal is something like netflix or iflix, those paid streaming service.

what is the device warranty period?

warranty one year, one to one exchange, once we identified problem fault on the device like wifi not working or device unable to power on(not due to adapter or cable)
direct replace a new unit to you.
we will claim the warranty with evpad afterwards, so you wont have to wait for the replacement set from evpad.
