imho, first time buyer will consider at least 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom.
studio mostly can go up to 2 bedroom and some of them are not even partition.

No. Its not landed. If condo not managed properly it actually has depreciation value if facilities outdated.

Rental can't break even, and condo usually no resell value unlike landed property......so hell no, if it's leasehold can daylight robbery ask owner to sell at 300k lol

topup a bit get 1mil condo. after 10 years sell for 10mil. make profit 9mil buy another 9 1mil condos and sell again after 10 years for 10mil each. repeat.

i might have to say you're wrong here.

3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms built up is no longer the "ideal" house concept.

first time house buyers will usually look for prestigious yet affordable residential properties even if that means sacrificing space. that's why i was surprise that there was even a studio that is only 600sqft in size.

we can all safely assume that first time buyers who are looking for studios are not married and probably is going to be single until they are 35, that's why space is not all important to them.
