I've no idea if this is a good news or not, I was on Jumbo Lite Pack but I just received an SMS saying I'm now on Aneka Plus Pack. There are few things missing from Aneka Plus compared to Jumbo Lite, especially the documentary channels.

Hi all,

The current plan that I've will let me have 2 concurrent devices. I made a funny decision and ditch the hypptv device when my router went kaput since DECO M9 will not have me having the extra port for switch. But then I've bought a TPLINK switch with VLAN support, setup everything okay. Now, how on earth I can take over the devices on this hypptv? It doesn't have an option like what we've on the playtv app and I couldn't find a release device either on the website. Help!!! I can't watch using the hypptv box sad.gif

Am getting this on my TV.

I've android box with playtv but I'm getting lot of timeout problem just like the one posted few posts above me. I don't have this problem with my Hypptv box before.

It seems that in the network, it gave a multicast error.

I believe I've done the correct setting for the hypptv/VLAN600. I did this before with microtik switch and now with tplink sg105e.

Strange, I disabled the IGMP snooping and it works now. Looking at the information in the net, the switch supports V1 & V2. Anyway, its working now after I disabled it.

I am using the Mi3S, after a duration, the error coming up on the screen. Anyway, managed to get the Hypptv working again now.

Just wondering on the new promo, RM49 & RM59 with free unifi plus box. If we don't want to be tied up with the contract, can we go with the older ultimate pack (I believe we can still have the 6 apps with the RM60 ultimate pack?).

Lucky for some of you who got ultimate for rm30, I got only aneka right now. BTW, do they need to reconfirm with calling us to change tv package? I got a missed call from them but they haven't call back yet.

What with Unifi? They didn't act on my upgrade, it has been a week now and I raised a report, they called me yesterday saying the RM49.90 is for new customer only and I told the agent, it is bullshit, I can do it on my My Unifi app and I'm eligible and I've put the upgrade order. Why don't they just action on it? Grrr...

I am 500Mbps with Aneka pack right now, no contract. I want to upgrade my TV pack to ultimate RM49.90 I have chat with support, my current bill is RM149 + RM30, it will become RM149 + RM49.90 according to support. So, I hit the upgrade button in the app fill up everything and got the order number. A week of nothing, so contacted support and they created ticket, and someone called me said the RM49.90 only for new sub. Huh? I told the lady, I can order it via app and already done so. She said someone from different dept will call me. Btw, during the order, specifically ask them to call me in the morning, got two calls in the evening while I was on motorbike going home. No more attempt to contact me after that.

I guess its all back to this, TM thinks RM149 for 500mbps is cheap, so those who took the option to convert the last time were cheapo and not eligible to get the ultimate unless we agreed to be forced to go for the more expensive package. Okay, I'm a cheapo, I'll stay.

Good luck in getting their sales team calling you. They'll not call you back, trust me. They'll force you to take higher package and not willing to change your tv package. I've raised 2 tickets with them and their sales team never got back to me.

BTW, the app will not allow you to request for tv package upgrade now, it will force you to upgrade the whole package. The link worked before when I put my order.

Opss, nope, didn't get it tho my b'day was last month. I was trying to upgrade my TV pack to ultimate and both TMPoint and the call center (they finally called me when I was at TMPoint yesterday) said the only way I could upgrade my TV pack is to upgrade to the RM250 package. Nah, I'm tried with their SMSes and adverts already. None of my register for interest make them call me back.

Wow, they allow you? Mine when I went to TM Shop, they said I need to take the RM250 and I couldn't upgrade my Aneka Plus to Ultimate w/o upgrading my entire package.

I've just received the unifi plus box, I couldn't seem to use the old hdmi cable I had before, it intermittently give no signal and some other note on my Philips TV. Changed to the one coming with the box, it seems to resolve the problem, but the cable is too short. What kind of hdmi cable should I buy to replace the old ones? The old cable still work with the original hypetv box.
