Is the tv box running as well? This seems like apps and unifi tv box iptv cannot running as the same time.

If u need run unifi tv apps u have to off unifi tv box iptv.

Do u get it all the time?

If it is not due to what jusbella suspect, it may be due to the box androidtv os giving problem. Check for updates.

if yr fren's box can do, and yours can't, the problem is with yr box.

googletv or androidtv, there can be problems with the certification validity with diff models, diff batches of devices.

sometimes, even smart TVs supposedly with google certification can run into such problems.

Lastly, go to playstore, check if the unifitv app needs update. There was a recent update.
