guys anyone know how do i change my device from the old silver huawei to the white colour hypp tv box? the old device is very laggy and the remote is ded, i see alot of people selling the newer white colour box. Long time ago when i plugged in my moms white device box it was based on her account and not my own. how to i put my account into the white box

so i just got off the phone with Unifi CS.. they said i have 2 options for replacement either renew 2 year contract or pay RM300 for the box.. If i use the white box that i have they will not send a technician over instead i need to call em to unbind the Account. any truth to it? so i just plug in the newer white box and call em and thye do the changes over there? anything on my side that i need to do?
