on a general note, i dunno what u guys think of unifi way of doing things.
i find them quite confusing or they r confused themselves with diff staff in diff depts saying diff things.
.. unifitv app, myunfi app, selfcare app, unifi.com.... why do they not consolidate all these portals?
.. + online chat, emails, sms, phone calls, walk in to TM...
.. info u get by calling 100, or online chat or in person at HQ are not always consistent, often in conflict.
i get exhausted when trying to change things with unifi.
i hv not contacted them for last 6-7 years for anything but had to for netflix.
not a smooth experience when u want them to get something done.
just try to use the online live chat and you probably need to have a few times of chat before things get done
