Dear all can request for help

I install hyyptv apk at ny unifi stb. I am ultimate pack subscriber.

When i use wifi at the box can watch all channel.

When i conect lan to stb from router. I can watvh channel only black screeb. I have try tobchange the lan port from router 1 2 3 4 .

Still the same any advice. As i need to use lan to get faster withband.

1. This is extra box stb i use upstairs. So i use with the unifitv tablet apk

2. When use wifi it works well. But if i connect data lan cable port 1 - 3. The unifi app have channel but when click channel it become blank .
