currently my plan have the old STB (white huawei?)
If I upgrade the package to e.g. Family/Ultimate

They will provide a new STB right ?
And what about old STB, will it still work or it will no longer can use ?
<Because have two area, if add-on 1 box need extra cost...>

If upgrade via app they will send the box ? Or better go branch request (hopefully can get box on the spot)

Do family pack can select tvb as app ?
Right now using ruby, plan to change to family previously but now ruby got give tvb anywhere, but family pack seem is Disney, hbo, and so on
