I still using first gen topbox (silver color) my unifi play on pc is old interface it playable on internet explore, so if i get these tx or mibox s will i able to play unifi play?

any thoughts?

is it kind of official no longer can be used on tx and mi box for me? how about those mod apk can be use?

My decision now more bending toward tx than unifi plus box which does not even have web browser. Would not need unifi playtv then. Although this is for group of people, if my decision alone I would buy tower desktop pc and connect to the tv. Imagine a much faster interface (windows) and you can do just about everything. Installing adblocker would make everything like heaven too.

I don't know who came up with this tv boxxy thing and make it viral. Other than its a little bit cheap (you would buy several and the cost accumulated worth of 1 pc) is it worth of wasting your time when they are super slow. I don't like slow product waste my time. I even use mesh wifi which saving several seconds for each website I surf. If anyone know the down side of a pc let me know

Oh and we all know all these ultimate channel on unifi can be put into the first gen silver box like it used to be. Not sure why they move it into tv box everything so inefficient. If aztro move into tv box that would be the dead of them.
