I've downgraded from unifi 300mbps Turbo upgrade 2018 (RM139/mth) to unifi 100mbps (RM129/mth) on the #paynothing campaign. You can still use your existing STB, no need to go to TMPoint & ask them to link it again (I've asked the customer service beforehand). Loving the 3 months free bills! 😋

Yup, directly apply after seeing the commercials.

Just applied for the addon unifi plus box, tomorrow the installer will come & install. Actually I'm hoping to get the unit & install it myself, alas no avail. Will update on the performance, benchmarks etc. once done.

Edit: Just an idea though, for those who wants to apply / upgrade /downgrade unifi, I think it's a good idea to apply for the unifi 100mbps @ RM129, then addon on the unifi plus box @ RM10 for a total of RM139/month, rather than taking the unifi 100mbps @ RM159 that comes with the old unifi box (although it got ultimate pack). That way, you save RM20 monthly, AND you got the new unifi plus box. Just my piece of mind.

Currently there's no way to change the subtitles (even video quality) in the Channels menu as pressing up does nothing. You can only select the subtitles and video quality in the On Demand menu. It's weird since the phone app can do that in all 3 menus (Live TV, VOD and Catch Up).

No, I don't think they take back the white STB (mine still at the living room, while plus box is in my room).
